Terms & Conditions

These booking conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use (where applicable), and any other information provided before booking confirmation, form a contractual agreement between you and Mirage Surf Camp Morocco (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights and obligations of both parties.

By making a booking, the lead guest confirms that:

  • They have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests.
  • They consent to the use of personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
  • They meet all age requirements.
  • They accept full financial responsibility for the booking.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed when:

  1. A deposit payment is received.
  2. We issue a booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion and refund the deposit if necessary.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

Prices are generally fixed. However, Mirage Surf Camp Morocco reserves the right to adjust prices if service costs or exchange rates change.

Guests are responsible for:

  • Bank transfer fees
  • Currency exchange fees
  • Payment transaction charges

Surf Guiding Policy

Surf Guiding is only available for surfers Level 3 to Level 6.

Surfers at Level 1 or Level 2 must book Surf Coaching instead.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings that do not meet these requirements.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Your cancellation becomes effective on the date we receive your written notice.

If one or more guests cancel, the price per remaining guest may increase. The remaining guests are responsible for covering any difference.

Cancellation Charges

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 6 weeks before arrival → Loss of 30% (deposit)
  • 4 to 6 weeks before arrival → 50% of total cost
  • 2 to 4 weeks before arrival → 80% of total cost
  • Less than 2 weeks before arrival → 100% of total cost

Some services may be non-changeable once confirmed and may incur up to 100% cancellation fees.

If your reason for cancellation is covered by travel insurance, you may reclaim costs through your insurer.

Travel Insurance & Liability

All guests must have valid travel insurance covering:

  • Medical expenses
  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Personal belongings and equipment
  • Accidents and emergencies

Mirage Surf Camp Morocco accepts no responsibility or liability for:

  • Personal injury
  • Illness
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage to personal property

Participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk.

Surf & Weather Conditions

Surf and weather conditions are natural and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Poor surf conditions
  • Weather disruptions
  • Ocean conditions affecting activities

If conditions are unsuitable, alternative activities may be offered where possible.
No refunds are provided if guests choose not to participate in alternatives.

Room Only Policy

Room-only bookings are limited because priority is given to full surf packages.

During Christmas and New Year, room-only reservations may not be available due to high demand.

Children Policy

We welcome families; however, our facilities are not specifically designed for child safety.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children at all times.

Mirage Surf Camp Morocco accepts no liability for accidents or incidents involving children.

Children under 15 years old must:

  • Remain under adult supervision
  • Behave respectfully toward staff and guests

Management reserves the right to restrict participation in activities deemed unsafe for children.

Force Majeure (Extraordinary Circumstances)

You may cancel your holiday without fees if extraordinary circumstances significantly affect your trip or travel arrangements.

In such cases:

  • A full refund of payments will be issued.
  • No additional compensation will be provided.

Examples include:

  • War or terrorism
  • Serious disease outbreaks
  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Severe weather preventing safe travel
